He brings extensive experience in investment analysis, financial planning, and real estate valuation , grounded in his earlier career as a real estate CPA at EY. During his time there, Nir developed strong capabilities in financial modeling, project evaluation, and navigating complex real estate transactions.

Nir earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) and his narrative extends beyond the confines of boardrooms and balance sheets.
